PhFit Peanut Butter Snickers Made into protein squares. Easy to make, gluten-free & delicious. What you need- ▪️for nougat ¼ cup creamy peanut butter ¼ cup honey 1 cup #Shredz PBChocolate Protein ▪️for the caramel ½ cup pitted dates 2 Tbsp water (reserved date water) ▪️for the peanut layer ¼ cup chopped unsalted peanuts ▪️for the chocolate layer ½ cup dark chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil What todo- Take the dates & pour boiling water over top. Allow them to sit & soften. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together nougat ingredients. Press the nougat into the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan lined with parliament paper. Take softened dates, 2 Tbsp of the date water & blend with blender or food processor until smooth. Spread the date (caramel) mixture over the nougat layer in the pan. Then, sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the date (caramel) layer. Lastly, melt the chocolate & coconut oil. Drizzle the chocolate over top the peanut layer & spread. Chill until chocolate is set.
