Phew! What a BUSY time! This last week has been over the top crazy for Charlie and the crew! Last week on Saturday we had university professor Jennifer Thomas bring out 30 students from the University of Lethbridge for an off season tour. We did a modified museum tour alongside the Fossil Matrix, afterwards we headed out to the dinosaur nesting site and had ourselves an epic extended tour! General Manager Trish Hill had a wonderful time and said It was just amazing! They just loved the tour and you could really see it in their eyes. Jennifer told us that we met all the requirements and even more! I couldnt be prouder of my interpreters! While Trish was having a great time others were kind of shaky at first. This was by far one of the most intimidating tours Ive ever given! I was catering to fellow students who I assumed would have a higher expectation of me than the average tourist. The tour was also based more on the geology of the area, one of my weaker points. So when I started off I was definitely shaking. Things only got better tough, and it was really uplifting to hear that not only did I do an excellent job but that I had taught them a lot that day! - Marko We hope to see all of you again in the summer as we slowly inch towards opening day!
