Phil will have minor surgery at 7:30 in the morning to have a trach inserted in order to get the vent removed from his mouth and throat. Hopefully he will be able to communicate with us after he recovers. The vent has caused lots of anxiety for him and has been under pretty heavy sedation this week, so we are praying this will make him much more comfortable. We are asking for prayers for our son during his surgery since he is very weak and still very critical.
