Phillipsburg, NJ is on life support. Frightened homeowners are being terrorized by severely dysfunctional and foodstamp dependent families occupying Wyants and other Slumlords Section 8 properties while our OVERPAID police force patrols Alpha for cash which no one except Harry Wyant, Jr. knows what it is being used for. Harry Wyant, Jr., who will be retiring in December 2015 and moving to his Florida home, is a MAJOR Section 8 SLUMLORD whose tenants rent is 71% subsidized through HUD, the federal agency that was the beginning of the end for the Town. The Express-Times should seek out Wyants tenants and ask them what kind of SLUMBLORD he is and whether they are asked to vote for him or his surrogates. That would be investigative journalism at its finest. The last E-T reporter and Phillipsburg resident who stayed on top of Wyant and his Clown Council was a graduate of Temple Universitys School of Journalism but was fired by E-T. When Todd Tersigni runs for mayor, he will inherit a demoralized Town with no future and NO support from Trenton because they want to continue to send the SCUM OF THE EARTH from URBAN areas to Warren County communities. Harry Wyant, Jr. has the gall to cast dispersions on anyone. HE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY FEDERAL AUTHORITIES BEFORE HE CAN FLEE TO FLORIDA. I will only vote for a mayoral candidate who promises to launch a full investigation of his four terms in office and audit the Towns books, line by line.
