Physical Therapy. Did ultrasound work on my shoulder, tried to move the scapula, but my muscles are too tight, (wonder why, hmmm right) and well, for the past three hours, aside from the stretching, I just have this overwhelming feeling of nausea. I know what it is: nerve stimulation and irritation. Two more therapy sessions to prove it isnt working. Two more weeks. :( Im on the verge of crying, but I know it will get better. Looking Up! Gotta keep Looking Up!
