Pickering Residents who are taking advantage of todays opening of Advance Voting Polls, here are your candidates. If your candidates profile is missing, please note: Each candidate in Ajax and Pickering has been contacted to participate in our Municipal Election section. Each registered candidate has been given space to submit a 150 word bio, a headshot, contact information and a link to their campaign website. We have made several attempts to contact all candidates via email and telephone. Some candidates, as you will notice, have opted to upgrade their profile on AjaxPickering.ca. This has been done at a nominal and affordable fee. This was also offered to all candidates. Over the course of the coming days we endeavour to update each profile as they come in. Our cutoff deadline is October 15th at end of business. This would have given each candidate a month to submit their information, as information packages went out September 11th.
