Pilot Posts Photos of 195,000 iPhone 6 Units Being Flown From China to the U.S. A pilot has posted photos of a 747 filled with 195,000 iPhone devices being flown from China to the U.S. Yep, thats what I do. I fly stuff. Privileged to be a small part of the Apple supply chain. Just landed a 747 full of iPhone 6s in Anchorage. Another crew will take the airplane on to Chicago. Itll be on the ground at Ohare about 9am Sept. 15. I gave it a little extra gas coming over the Pacific, just to get them here a little quicker. Youre welcome That one photo on the right is looking down the inside of the airplane Apple has sold out of its iPhone 6 pre-order units. If you were able to get your order in, above a useful trick to see if its been shipped yet.
