Pizza wid a diffrence Pizza dough 5 cups flour, 5 Tbsp sugar, 1 pkt yeast, 1cup boiling water,1cup milk, 1/2cup oil, 1 egg Mix dry ingredients 2gda,,beat 2gda the milk,oil n 1 egg n add to dry ingredients to make a soft dough(if milk mixture not enough,ad 2gda more milk n water).knead well and leave to rise for an hour.. Punch down dough ,roll out.. Make a round circle base, then only put your filling along the rounded ends of dough. Slice like u making pizza slices but end where the filling starts.. Now fold over that slit piece so that the sharp end covers the filling. Make your filling before u make dough. Filling 1 kg Steak /chicken (cubed) Cubed 1 tsp crushed garlic 1 Tblsp Red ginger garlic Paste 1 Tblsp Robertson Steak and Chops 1 Tbsp Robertson Barbecue Spice 1 tsp Peri Peri Spice 1 tsp Chillie Powder 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper 6 Tblsp All gold Tomato Sauce 2 Tbsp Maggie Lazenby Worcester Sauce Salt to taste 1 Tblsp Olive 1 tblsp butter 2 onions chopped (add 15 mins into cooking) Coriander for garnish Method: Combine all the ingredients and set aside. Add the marinated steak to a pot, cook.15 minutes into cooking time add cubed onions and allow to cook until done (about an hour and a half) Sauce for base: steers peri peri sauce Steers tikka chicken sauce Tomatoe sauce.mix above sauces 2gda,spread over base,layer the Cookd chiken/steak mixture, top wit cheese,3 colour peppers and fetta cheese..
