Plant Manager is required for a well reputed Agriculture and Consumer foods Company Marwa Safwat Senior Recruitment Specialist at Partner-PEO "Professional Employer Organization" Partner-PEO has an opening vacancy for Agriculture and Consumer foods Company, the Job Description is as following: Job title: Plant Manager Main Responsibilities: • Responsible for all plant operations such as manufacturing, quality, engineering and maintenance • Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets. • Establish and direct plant policies and procedures. • Responsible for plant production goals. • Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations. • Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports the company strategic initiatives. • Establish group and individual accountability throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction, both on a permanent and ad-hoc basis, depending on need. • Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving. • Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. • Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiency. • Train, select, and motivate plant supervisory and administrative staff achieve an effective use of manpower and enhance human resource utilization within every department • Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume. • Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas. • Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts. Experience: +15 years of experience in the same field (juice or diary plant) Qualifications: • Bachelor of Engineering is a must. • Computer Skills: Excellent MS Office • English Language: Excellent • Excellent Communication skills • Strong Leadership capabilities • Result oriented • Strong analytic skills • Strong interpersonal skills Gender: Male Benefits: Excellent Compensation Package.
