Play ball! In honor of #ThrowbackThursday & Major League Baseball kicking off its season last week, DIA takes a look back at its own day at the ballpark. Nearly 1,200 DIA employees and their friends and families attended DIA Day at Nationals Park Sept. 24, 2011, to celebrate the agency’s 50th anniversary. As part of the festivities, DIA Director Lt. Gen. Ronald Burgess delivered the game ball to Washington Nationals pitcher Chien-Ming Wang and DIA’s Color Guard performed. The Nationals won the game against the Atlanta Braves 4-1. #BaseballIsBack #tbt
