According to team manager Eric Pineda, the global boxing icon has promised to take the entire team to Macau for his upcoming world title fight with American Chris Algieri as a bonus if the Sorento win a game in the PBA Philippine Cup. “Sagad na nga sa pangako eh, yung (trip to) Macau saka meron pa,” Pineda told Spin.ph shortly after KIA fell short in an late-game rally to bow to unbeaten Alaska, 85-75.
