Steven Jones is accused of removing all of his belongings from a duplex BEFORE setting it on FIRE with his wifes two cats and all of her stuff. Neighbors said they saw Steven Jones, 45, walking around the property with a gas can, and when he LEFT, smoke was coming out of the unit. Witnesses said that they saw the cats when the fire department BROUGHT them outside of the building.
