Warrior Beach Assault Disclaimer I understand, acknowledge and appreciate that there is a risk of injury from the activities involved including, but not limited to the following: (i) drowning; (ii) near-drowning; (iii) sprains; (iv) strains; (v) fractures; (vi), heat and cold injuries; (viii) dislocations; (ix) heart attack; (x) injuries involving running, climbing, swimming, jumping etc I agree that I will take part in the Warrior Beach Assault Event in accordance with the specific safety instruction at the Warrior Beach Assault Event Safety Briefing that I have received before participating in the Warrior Beach Assault Event. I agree to wear any safety equipment provided by you in accordance with the safety instructions and shall ensure my safety at all times. I understand that the Warrior Beach Assault Event requires a moderate level of fitness and is physically testing and demanding, and I accept that there is a risk of injury when undertaking such activities. I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for my own safety (and the safety of my possessions) when participating in the Warrior Beach Assault Event. I understand that the Warrior Beach Assault Event will be undertaken without direct supervision following the safety instruction. I therefore agree at all times to ensure that I wear all protective equipment provided by you and to ensure that all safety instruction is carried out. I understand that for my own safety I must continually assess the risks throughout the course. I understand that that it is not compulsory to complete the obstacles and I must make my own judgement as to whether I am able to attempt the obstacles. I understand that this event features water and the use of mud and other non-natural substances at some of the obstacles. I understand that, whilst the organisers have taken precautions to check water quality prior to the event, the quality of water can never be guaranteed. Likewise, the organisers cannot guarantee that mud and other substances used in this event will not harbour some levels of naturally occurring bacteria, which could lead to illness if ingested. I understand that I should cover open wounds prior to taking part in the event. In the unlikely event of an accident, or loss or damage to my personal effects, I acknowledge that you will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the Warrior Beach Assault Event (except in instances of death or personal injury caused by your negligence) and I waive all and any claims against you in this respect. I confirm that I do not know of any medical condition that I suffer from which might have the effect of making it more likely that I will be involved in an incident, which could result in injury to myself or others. I accept that should I not be compliant with the height/weight restrictions then I will be unable to participate in the Warrior Beach Assault Event. In this instance I accept that you shall be under no obligation to provide a refund. I acknowledge that I have been provided with the necessary safety instruction provided by you in relation to the Services. I acknowledge and confirm that I have read and understood your Terms and Conditions, Data Protection Policy and Disclaimer and I accept the terms contained therein.
