Please be advised that in response to a winter storm, forecasts for heavy snowfall, and a wind chill advisory, Rutgers President Robert Barchi has declared a Level 4 Weather Emergency Closure for all campuses beginning 3 PM today and concluding Tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22, at 10 AM. Essential Service Employees are directed to remain at work or to report to work as scheduled during the period of this Level 4 Weather Emergency Closure, unless otherwise directed. Non-Essential Employees shall not report for work during the period of a Level 4 Weather Emergency Closure.
