***Please contact a New Hope rescue to save Dark!*** Poor Dark...he is living up to his name because things truly look bleak for him. He is on the destroy list with his original intake picture which shows a dog who looks utterly defeated. Surrendered to the Manhattan Center by his owners because he is too strong, this dog has not caught one break since the day he was thrown into the shelter. His safer is a mess due to his fear and he was heard spitting up mucous, diagnosed with kennel cough and may die a cruel, hard death tomorrow after sitting in that place for weeks. Dark is New Hope Only which means that he needs a foster/adopter and a rescue to make it out alive. Most importantly, he needs someone to believe in him or he will be gone.
