Please forgive us for any confusion we may have caused with our announcement earlier this week. Some of our customers got the impression that they now have to buy a Forever™ account to use Panstoria® software. This is simply not the case. We want to assure you that our team at Panstoria is committed to serving you with our Panstoria Artisan® and Historian™ software and our print shop for years to come. Specifically, you can be assured that: • We will continue to operate under the Panstoria® brand name. • You do not need to spend any additional money to continue using your Panstoria software or the digital content that you use with Panstoria Artisan. • You do not have to learn any new software. Both your Artisan and Historian software applications will continue to work as they do today. (For those of you who still use Creative Memories® branded software from Panstoria – those software applications are not changing either.) • Your current digital art kits will continue to work as they do today. • You can continue to print your projects from Artisan at the Panstoria Print Shop. • Your photos saved in your Historian vault are safe. You can continue to keep them on your local computer, network drives, or external hard drives. • You do not have to move your photos or your projects into the cloud.
