Please give real thought to Veterans Day...from the heart of an Honorable Peaceful Warrior Nation (that is our destiny). I dont mention this often: my folks met at Hill AFB, I spent most of my early life either in Ogden UT or on military installations around the globe. I healed from serious injuries in military hospitals around the world, amongst injured and/or dying soldiers-I saw it, I get it. The military was a path to something better for many, patriotic for all. BOTH of my parents are buried at Jefferson Barrack Natl Cemetery in a shared grave just outside St Louis Mo-my mother could have been given that honor JUST for supporting my dad but she ALSO served & retired with honor from service to the United States...I get IT! Barriers of racism, separatism, cronyism AND death couldnt prevent so many. Hats off and a a sincere deep hug to ALL that serve and HAVE served, defend & protect...I get you. To you warriors, thank you-you get IT. To you warmongers, haters, killers?...knock it off, you AINT gettin IT!
