Please help need advice.. Im fighting for my 6 year old daughter in court for me to being her primary care giver. Long story short. I have been the primary caregiver since the day she was born. In 2014 me and her father got back together and I decided to move in with him and his family in kawartha lakes (moved out of my steady home where I have been living for 4 yrs, when me and her father broke up we had verbal agreement on the days he has her. When I moved into his mothers home a month after I found out that he was having an affair so I decided that the relationship isnt going to work. My daughter was already in school, so I left the home but left my daughter there seeing as she was enrolled in school there and I had to find a new place for us to live. In 2 days I had a rental and he served me a motion stating that I was plannimg to leave the country with our daughter( which I was never planning it was just lies and I was enrolled in college and had a job. Some how the judge gave him temporary custody. Court process has been going on for the past year. So he served me the papers and I had one day till I was due in court. I have a legal aid lawyer and in my eyes she hasnt done anything for me.. we had alot of court dates but my lawyer never told the judge once that everything in that motion is lies and I had evidence to prove it. We had a cas investigater and in his report stated that the child has an attachment to hee grandmother ( her fathers mother) the reason this is so because now that im not and havent been her primary care giver her father doesnt so anything foe hee his mom does, so I see why my daughter has an attachment to her, because she doea everything for her that should be my job or her father. I have a trail date and the judge told me its very unlikely for anything to change in trail because of the cas investigaters report. please help
