Peter Cooks sermon topic is: Up and Down and Down and Up. Scripture reading is: Psalm 40. There will be refreshments - bagels, fruit, coffee, tea and juice/cider/water available in the Chapel from 9 to 10 am and following our 10am worship service - all are invited to enjoy these refreshments. PARKING: There is free parking available in all of the city parking garages - and all street metered spaces are also free - every Sunday. Our parking lot is for those with mobility challenges who need to have their car close by to navigate into the building safely. Thank you for your cooperation. ________________________________ CHILDCARE is available for infants and toddlers in the church Nursery, and for 3 & 4 year olds in the Pre-School Room (both are on the first floor), throughout the 10am worship service. Children’s coloring and activity pages, books, and finger labyrinths are available on the table at the back of the Sanctuary for use by children during the service. Weekly Sunday programs/schedule continue this week: - Fellowship gathering in the Chapel: 9am to 10am and following the 10am worship as described above. 9am to 9:45am: Our weekly Bible Study with Rev. Tom Taylor continues this Sunday at 9am in the Dining Room. 9am - Cherub Choir Rehearsal - All children in grades K-2 are welcome. ADVENT LUNCH AND WORKSHOP FOR ALL TODAY The Children’s Ministries Committee invites everyone to our Annual Advent Lunch and Craft Workshop today at 11:30 a.m. in the Dining Room. We will be offering materials to make a simple wood block and felt crèche set. A $15 donation per family (if you are able) is requested. ANNUAL INTERFAITH THANKSGIVING SERVICE TONIGHT at 7:30 pm at First Congregational Church. Come join us in a spirit of interfaith thanksgiving. A particular focus this year will be celebrating the Joint Urban Ministry Project (JUMP)’s - 25 year anniversary.
