Please know that serving the Lord WILL pay off!!!!! I work at a Collection Agency. No, Im not a collector.... I get the opportunity to minister on a daily basis. A word of encouragement, a smile, a prayer for someone who needs it is a part of my daily routine. I am always on standby to go in the bathroom and pray with someone. Yes, I even pray for my boss that the Lord will touch his heart!!! Yesterday, I received a testimony from one of my coworkers that left me in tears! He and his wife have been trying to get pregnant for a few years. I gave him a picture of another person that I prayed for who had twins after the doctor said she couldnt carry a baby. I even placed the names of his babies in my desk as a reminder to call their name out. He told me that his wife is five weeks pregnant!!!!! This is what part of my calling in life is - to encourage and remind the Saints that God is ABLE!!!!! I am on a mission, until the Lord removes me from my place of employment, to keep my head to the sky at work. I am going to keep smiling in the midst of adversity. I am going to keep praising God at work when the Ninjas try to set me up and try to make me look bad. Why? Because I am a child of the Most High God! All I have to do daily is focus on whats important - He will handle any and everyone who tries to come against me! Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding. Trust in the Lord when it seems like all hope has been lost. I STILL believe in the wonderful, wonder-working, healing power of Jesus Christ! I still believe that God places light in dark places for others to see His love! How about you? Are you making a change on your job? If not, change your attitude! Do what God called you to do and see what happens around you!!!!
