Please like and share widely. Jacqueline Keeler deftly examines anti-sovereignty arguments made by Christian Alliance for Indian Children (an amicus supporter of the Capobiancos) and the Citizens Equal Rights Alliance. She argues, "By themselves each of these points may seem the harmless ravings of a fringe element, but put together and well-funded they have been quite effective. They have not yet succeeded at overturning laws but they have been successful at creating a public climate that could make it politically acceptable for the courts and politicians in the United States to take stands that would abrogate our rights." What do you think? Are these groups a threat to sovereignty or are they merely riding the coattails of a high profile custody case?
