Please post anon. I am a 17 year old average teenager who is fed up of being labelled and discriminated against. Im sure many teenagers will agree with me that we feel that we are being classed as thugs and a threat to the general public when people cross over the road JUST to pass us when we have our hoods up - Usually, we only have our hoods up because it is cold or raining. Also, to the elderly lady that came up to me as I was waiting for my bus outside the library a few days a go, I do not appreciate YOUR tone of voice when you told me I would end up being a mum in the next year or so if I hang around Newport library. We do nothing wrong and if the counsel provided somewhere safe for us to meet, we wouldnt be in the way. The cameras prove we do not cause trouble and provide a sense of security for my friends and I.
