Please pray for PaPa Cooter (Sides). He has had a rough week suffering with weakness & confusion. We took him to the hospital Wednesday night because his heart was out of rhythm, he was short of breath and disoriented. They ran tests to rule out pneumonia and coincidentally found his gallbladder inflamed. Further testing revealed an infected gallbladder full of stones and fluid around his heart. The surgeon fears the gallbladder rupturing which would be fatal. He is not a candidate for surgery. They can not remove it laparoscopically due to scarred tissue. To make matters worse, his blood was way too thin (he takes Coumadin). Hes received several units of plasma & some vitamin K to thicken his blood. He is currently in a procedure to insert a tube through his side, through the liver & into the gallbladder in order to drain it. He has a tough road ahead of him. Please lift him up in prayer as well as the medical team taking care of him. Please pray for healing and strength. We know God is capable of bringing him through this situation.
