Please pray most urgently for my Mom Ruth Gould; she has been struggling with her health for many years, battled many battles with medicines and surgeries, prayer and care but has had another event occur. Its my understanding that she fell out of her wheelchair which has sent a shock to her system, fractured her nose, and given her doctors quite the task. She is told that while her kidneys were likely to fail already she is already in kidney failure. Furthermore, they are worried about the possibility that this could set off the domino effect--a cascading failure of organs such as her heart and lungs that have also been concerns for her doctors. When my mom made it clear to me that they cannot guess if she has days, weeks, or months left and if dialysis would be sufficient to sustain her life, we set to make the trip up to be with her. Itll be great to be back in Duluth, visit with family and get a chance to share Aletheia Joy Elizabeth Gould with everybody but its sad when it comes under these circumstances. Pray also for our trip; because of Aletheias own medical concerns (especially her Acid Reflux Disease) we will be flying up so pray that she handles the plain flight well and of course for our safety as we travel.
