Please read and watch!!!!! Yesterday the guy getting harassed by the off duty police officers in the video was scared by them. I say harassed because thats what they did before I started recording; Granted the guy was wreckless driving. They had no right to take him out the truck, take his keys and immediately go through his vehicle. Im no law expert but I think they violated his rights of search and seizure (dont quote me as I am ignorant to that part of the law). You do not see that this happened in the video. However, there were plenty of witnesses. The guy is never arrested, if he did commit a crime he was never handcuffed or arrested. Therefore, were is the probable cause for searching his truck? The officers demeanor change once they know they are being recorded, they no longer feel omnipotent or above the law as they seem at the soccer fields week after week. Im not writing this to show who is right or wrong but that we as citizens have the right to record evidence that may be upheld at a court of law. This is how we can stop bullying!
