Please read this note from a dear missionary friend and pray for him and his lovely wife Linda: Dear Friends and Family, I know that there are many people today that are dealing with much tougher burdens than mine, we have been richly blessed! – But Linda and I want to ask you to pray for us this week and ask all your prayer warriors to pray with us. Thursday morning (November 14) I will be going in for my eye surgery. Several years ago I had cataract surgery on both eyes and have implanted lenses in both. The lens in the left eye has gone bad and needs to be replaced, as well my Cornea in the left eye is also bad and I will have a cornea transplant at the same time. I’m praying that God will provide the perfect donor cornea so there will be no rejection and no complications. Please pray with us. I’ve been asked a few times lately if I have any plans for retirement – as I have told many, I really love what I do and that God allows me to do it. I pray every day that God will continue to bless me with good health, so that I can keep doing it until Jesus gets here. Thank you all so much for allowing us to be your partners and servants in the ministry. The doctor said that if all goes well, I can go back to preaching, teaching, and driving a few days after the surgery. I will just be restricted and limited in some things.
