Please review & share - also start commenting on this file please as to the appropriateness of this Gap Analysis to create meaningful change in direction with the efforts to address homelessness with any meaningful effort. Our experience with previous attempts to not only perform a Gap Analysis but take on the really systemic changes needed (like adopting Housing First, a national & international best practice) have been less than effective. Choosing just the most voted on items on a gap analysis & then not working on them effectively is not where we need to be in Savannah on addressing homelessness! Lets make our opinions & feelings known now before this event so we can shape it into the event it really needs to be! Thanks for your support!
