Please share and spread the word about such a badly run business ripping people off! About to wage war with French Dot, run by K PIROZHNIKAVA & M SINGH. 3 weeks ago I ordered a dress from them with the GUARANTEE it would be here on time for my ball on saturday or I would get a refund. Its now Wednesday night. I have emailed them twice with no response. I have had 2 posts deleted from their facebook page and my private messages ignored as well as various other comments / posts ignored. They have since commented on other peoples posts so i know my comments have been seen. I am now left with no dress, and no time to even get one before saturday as i work several jobs. Hugely disappointed and urge anyone to look elsewhere when ordering anything. French Dot clearly doesnt want to talk to me, thats fine, you can speak to consumer protection.
