I am offering 2 different menus to choose from for my Freezer Meal workshop! All meals are crock pot friendly!! Payments for classes are due at time of registration but will not process until January 15th and it is first come, first serve to each class. Space is limited to 8 per class. The following dates are now open and available for January! Friday January 30th from 10 am to 12 pm and Saturday January 31st from 10 am to 12 pm. Both classes take place at my home in Post Falls. Gather your friends and make your home stress free of cooking! Each class has the registration fee listed which includes the recipes, take home materials, spices, oils and sauces needed to make these amazing meals. Groceries for each menu range from $100-$130. Each meal is designed to feed a hearty 6 so can easily be split into additional meals. Ex. of the breakdown: Family of 4 can eat for as little as $5 per person (this is if the meals are not split in half). Other ideas for the workshops: have family or friends in need? Donate a meal or two for their freezer!!
