Please suggest!! I have been married to the love of my life 3 years back. Before marriage we had 8 years of long relationship and we were extremely happy in that. But just after marriage I realized that my husband shares each and every thing with his mother and sister (who is 7 years elder to him). Obviously as a wife I tried to understand him and made clear that share everything with them but do maintain privacy of our relationship. Apart from discussing even smallest things of our relationship, he not only follows their suggestions but also forces me to follow them as well. Both of them feed him against me and now after 3 years of our marriage my husband has lost all interest in me. He does not care about me at all, I am financially independent and even help him but never ever gets his or his family support. I have discussed these things to him hundred times but all gone in vain. His clear words are “My priority is only my family and you come last in my life”. I understand his love for his family and even I don’t want him to leave his family, I just want him to give me my due love and respect as a wife and understand my feelings. He and his family only want me to work, give them all money, do all the house hold chores and do not demand anything in return. I don’t remember when we last had romantic talk, or we had dinner out, or he bought me something or we went somewhere. He just doesnt want to give me time or any attention. Please help me out as I am slipping in depression and a thought of divorce is getting in. - Riya Rai
