Please think of your mind as a steering wheel. That determine your direction of your destiny in life. That we are transforming our lifes by the way turn our minds. You got to throw your mind at it. Its no accident that you came into these world head fist. If you quite drinking you got to do it in your head before you doing it in your body. If you decide that Im going back to school or change my career its starts in your head not in your body. If you decide Im gonna come out of dept it heats your head fist before it heats your wallet. If you decide that you are gonna loose weight, You got to get skinny in your head before it heats your body. Isnt it weird that if it havent starts in your head it would show on your body.
