Pleased be informed an Additional Position of PTTEP Position: OFFICER, MANPOWER PLANNING & EMPLOYMENT Company: PTTEP International Ltd, Yangon Branch, A Company of PTTEP Group Organization: Oil & Gas E&P Industry Type of Candidate: Local, Myanmar National Work Location: Yangon office, Myanmar Deadline: 15-August-2013 Required Position: 1 Post Job Description • Perform overall external recruitment activities including Assessment and Selection, Employment Approval and Administration, and Probation Facilitation. • Participate in formulating recruitment annual action plan, work programs and budget. • Review and register manpower requisition and coordinate with line for jobholder profile specification and participate in determination for the proper sourcing methods. • Perform analysis on quantitative & qualitative recruitment related issues including data & information collecting and research, i.e. exiting staff v.s. plan, etc. • Ensure the updating of the Organization Charts in accordance with the existing employees, approved organization structure, approved annual manpower plan and the official titles structure. Qualification • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Master’s Degree in HRM or HR-related fields. • Good command of written and spoken English • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill • Knowledge in recruitment methodology, techniques, tools and instruments including selection tests and personality assessments • Knowledge in labour laws related to employment is an advantage.
