(Poem Begins) It reads: Here I stand! Its a few something past three; Infiltrated by endless thoughts Of the man I Once was That man I use to be. . . I glance! Piercing into the abyss of darkness. An endless ocean of diamonds universal; How they stretch forever across the black velvet sky. . . . Enveloped by reflection! Of days evaporated into yesteryears. Inundated by shame, guilt, and contempt Of all those broken, fleeting; shallow promises Never paid, seemingly lost. . Cant tranquilize this pain. No hope for novocaine. Now become uncontrolled, out-of-control Overwhelming thoughts. . . Just when I might tip, Flip over as sour, unwanted milk. Over the edge into the abyss; The vacuum from whence I came. 4 There Is no return. Yet. . Comes a light! . How it pierces the darkness Razor-sharp edged cutting away The voice of redemption. It reaches out to me. Glory, glory how it saves. Soothes my soul! No more am I counted amongst the lost. . . I have been Redeemed, I Am bought with a price. Ransomed. . REDEMPTION! (Poem Ends) Blessings to All! Grace and peace. 0\/
