Pointing fingers and playing the blame game...making sure you have an audience when you rip someone to shreds for doing something wrong or for most any reason for that matter. Whatever happened to that teamwork mentality? Whatever happened to discretion? I miss those qualities in the work place...not gonna find them here for certain. The best advice to give myself is to remain under the radar and not give reason to become the next victim...Ill never understand how people can be so cruel to others and feel they are justified for behaving that way. How does one work in this type of environment? ...and now I pull myself together to begin another long day at the OK Corral Happy Thursday to one and all! Have a sparkling day!
