Police have been working for two hours to find a man who apparently fled from a traffic stop earlier this morning. According to police scanner reports around 9 a.m., a man took off on foot from the area near 91st Street and 16th Avenue. He was described as being six feet tall, with dreadlocks, wearing red and black. He was believed to have a weapon. A Kenosha K-9 officer was called to help, according to the KPD spokesman. Pleasant Prairie was unable to provide additional information at this time.
