Russian protectors have not fulfilled their promise - to help us if the Kiev junta begin the genocide of the Russian people. Kiev punitive troops destroyed most of our soldiers, our forces are limited .... Instead, to help our troops, Russia sent us Chechen mercenaries which can not be controlled. Their main purpose is looting! The situation in the city is critical. Our intelligence agencies say that the militants have no relation to us, they are going to burn the city to the ground ... The same situation is in Lugansk and Donetsk. I am asking residents to leave the city as soon as possible because there is a greater likelihood that Kadyrov will execute his plan.
