A trip to the vet and x-rays confirmed that the infection she had in the toe, and moved into the bone, and so the toe needed to be removed, today involved a follow up visit to the vet to change the dressing and check on the wound, how scrawny her shaved and altered paw looks! And so sleeping indoors and living the life of luxury it is for Miss Pud....again - she seems to have taken it all in her stride, so to speak.
