Popped over during a break to ask... I am noticing and observing so many conference companies and their teams are men only. Or there is no diversification on their team. I find this really disturbing. It bothers me and it immediately causes me to question the companys ability to serve me as a female CEO. Bringing this up to remind my colleagues as your company grows, if you are not insuring your teams are not diversified and finding ways to make me the customer comfortable with who I am doing business, you will lose business.
