Position: Head of Corporate Planning Industry: NGO/Healthcare Location: Head Office - Karachi Job Summary: The position is responsible to oversee and manage the provision of corporate planning and to formulate, manage and report on the strategic business plan. This position reports to CEO. Key Accountabilities: • Align, Coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic planning • Evaluate new business initiatives • Ensure KPIs for all functions • Review periodic performance and present distilled position to CEO • Develop / Review all corporate presentations for CEO • Other tasks assigned by the CEO, on the basis of as and when needed Job Specifications: • MBA / CPA from a well-known reputed university • Strong analytical, numeracy and report writing skills • High standards of presentation • Capable of fast turnaround times • Independent thinking and initiative taking • Exceptional technical expertise in strategic planning • Strong communication skills- both written and verbal • Ability to communicate and clearly articulate messages to Senior Management and/or Chief level positions.
