Post 4. I could see how much reclamation was needed in Ghana and once I investigated how much land the government said was left un-reclaimed I was shocked for they have over 31,000 concession (concession in small scale mining in Ghana is only 25 acres) that needed to be reclaimed, folks that is over 800,000 acres of ponds that allow mosquitoes a place to breed, a place where small children can fall into and drown, animals that fall into these steeply banked ponds never get out and they too drown. In the Galamsey mining technique they use their hands and rub raw Mercury into the concentrates of black sand and gold to amalgamate the gold into what is called an amalgam. Because of this practice many Ghananians die each year from Mercury poisioning. President Mahama on many occassions stated that these lands had to be reclaimed so Parliament put together a progam that would pay anyone who reclaimed an acres of these lands a fee of $25.00 USD. This gave me an idea and I started learning about non-profits here in Ghana which are called NGOs or Non Government Organizations. In the months that would follow I and another miner/accountant would form our own NGO and it would be called MOTHER LODE RECLAMATION OF AFRICA AN NGO. This was the start of one of the most interesting times that I have had in my life. For now I started to bring into play the men and places and political contacts that I had been gathering for over 10 months. By chance I was introduced to a man here in Accra that works with the Ministers to bring IMF and World Bank money in to Ghana to do what is called Urgent Country Projects. These are projects that the government has deemed CRITICAL TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF GHANA. They carry a priority. The man who I now work with brings in Billions of these monies and distributes them to the projects. He is also a miner and has two concession here in the country. Next comes a fellow Texan who has been working here in Ghana for the past 12 years to bring money into the country for the acquisition of gold. Next there are two powerhouses in the US that are preparing for the onslaught of hard times when the dollar finally takes its last crap. They are doing this by purchasing gold at a steep discount here in Ghana. They have two of their own planes that can haul up to 4,500 pounds of gold at one time and they have the money behind them to purchase lots of it. Currently plans are being made to use all of the resources that are available to me to bring all of these players together in such a unique way that has never been done before that once it is in place it will change the face of Ghana for it will build jobs, it will bring American mining technologies to bear on the richest ground in the world for Alluvial Gold. It will bring a complete Bullion Refinery to the shores of Ghana and it will establish a new free zone where there will be a Jewelry Manufacturing facility and there will be a jewelry exchange center where all kinds of stones and jewelry will be bought and sold and diamonds will be cut on site, it will house American companies who will build new technology equipment for sale into the mining industry and it will build and establish a mobile fleet of trucks that will have the ability to go into any country and go to where the mining is being done and will smelt the gold for the miners right on their own concessions, then we will give them an assay of their gold that will be stamped and approved by a Ghana Customs Agent that will be assigned to each truck. Then because of the buyers license that will be held by this corporation the miners will be offered for their gold to be bought right on the spot and payment will be instantanious by means of a direct line to the bank which will pay the miner by wire transfer into an already established account in the same bank. All of the gold generated all over West Africa will be imported into the Free Zone Refinery where it will be tax exempt, no matter which country it is coming in from. It is a group collective thought that by structuring ourselves in this manner we will be able to almost totally control the flow of all gold on the West Coast of Africa and channel it into one central location for refining and sales as well as distribution to the Central Banks of the world. The pictures for this post is gold in Ingot form, then Dore bars of gold , then a few of the thousands of carats of diamonds from Sierra Leone and finall some of the nicest Rubies that I have seen coming out of Africa.
