Post Title: Maintenance & Fleet Supervisor Salary range: R200 – R220 CTC PA Department: Maintenance Commencement Date: As soon as possible Summary A Company in the Steel and Engineering Industry located in Rosslyn north of Pretoria requires the services of a Maintenance and Fleet Supervisor. The ideal candidate will for our purposes be qualified with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience. Qualifications Matric (essential) Relevant tertiary qualification in Fleet Management/Transport (essential) Code 8 driver license and reliable transport (essential). Computer Literate in MS Office (essential) Duties Planning and scheduling maintenance and repair for all company owned vehicles. Examine vehicles on a periodic basis for requirements of repairs and services. Ensure that the repair and maintenance works are being done to a quality standard. Obtain quotes for all repairs and services parts for management approvals. Ensure that the materials used in repair and services are as per quality standards (ie. Non pirate parts) Compiles and processes vehicle accident and damage reports. Undertake periodic audits on transport compliance. Monitor driver conduct and vehicle roadworthiness. Performs related duties as required. Be responsible for the cleaners and general facilities housekeeping. Manage all Traffic Fine administration. Manage all Company vehicles’ Fleet System for maintenance. Administration of Petrol Card and E-tag systems. Monitor speed reports and incident administration. Administrate exception reports and general Company vehicle usage. Assist with drafting of Fleet Policies and Procedures.
