Posted: Dec 22, 2012 4:58PM CST By Evan Anderson, News 9 OKLAHOMA CITY -- For the first time in more than 40 years, nearly 100 people have been murdered in Oklahoma City, and its still more than a week away before the end of the year. News 9 sat down with a local criminologist who says Oklahoma City is one of the few places in the country where the crime rate is still considered high. Across the country, were told crime and murder rates are actually down. The question now is, whats driving the historic spike in homicides in Oklahoma City?
