Posting mostly for my own information I can come back to later. Changed my cardio routine again. Although tredmill seems less strenuous than elliptical, I can still feel my knee. Slowing my fast pace but now heartbeat barely gets up to 94 at highest even at a fast walk for 10 minutes. When I first started it was up to 104. Started elliptical bike today to expand cardio. Even less strain on the knee but way less cardio workout than treadmill. Even pumping hard I can barely get my heartbeat to 84 after 10 minutes. I know Im not getting the best cardio workout but I have to preserve this knee and I dont want to extend the 10 minutes until I know this knee isnt going to get bad. Its only been a month since injections. No pain, but, just trying to be careful. Seeing the Dr next week to consult. Pic 1: elliptical bike, pic 2: stair master. Id so love to do that one. Probably tear up my knee.
