Posture is everything. Posture announces intention and intention reflects your inner workings. Your inner workings reflect the state of your soul as full of the strength of grace and compassion or the fear of reflecting doubt and hostility. Even in great duress a posture of prayer and peace gives encouragement and strength of conviction through your body into the soul, heart and mind.
