Potbellys coming to the 45th Ward! Id like to thank all the folks who came out last night for the community meeting to discuss 2 new developments in the 45th Ward. Eros Brewery and Restaurant and Centrum Partners. Centrum Partners gave an update about changes to their plans for the commercial & residential development at Keeler/Irving Park/Avondale. Requirement to make all residential ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) along with announcing the retail space would be hosting Potbellys. Eros will bring an investment of $5M to a long dormant former Masonic Temple across for the Irving Park YMCA. The 125 Seat brewpub/cider house/restaurant will open in spring of 2016. Plans will be available at ward45.org in the next few days.
