Well I picked up on it when one of the Irish Women mentioned a Law signed by Ireland 2 weeks ago Called the Aarhus Convention which gives the Irish people the Right to Demonstrate on Environmental Issues in 1998 which water is ! This Law was ratified & signed by Ireland on 22 Jun 2012 giving the Irish People The Three Pillars 1.Access to Information- this law has been Broken by The Government & Denis O Brien with his silencing of the press in Ireland Dominant Control is illegal on top of this law broken! 2 Public Participation of Decision making - this Law has been broken Violated by Government Ministers & Denis OBrien in the setting up of Irish water all must be brought to Justice! 3 Access to justice - this Law has been Broken & Violated this week as Judges refused to consider bringing an injunction against these Law Breakers & dismissed the Lawyer - we will now take our Grievances to The International Court of Justice in the Hague! As it is impossible to get Justice for the Irish people in Ireland! I have kept telling everyone about this Law & yesterday I got confirmation from a Top Lawyer as Follows This is a very Powerful Law & it appears that this Law has Been Violated So My Friends It will Now be taken to the International Court of Justice in the Hague as all three of these Laws have been Violated & Broken by the Government , Denis O Brien & his Media Companies as well for Silencing the Press RTE for condoning & not giving Fair comments & the Government Ministers who have Ignored & Violated this Powerful Law Including the Tainiste Joan Burton (who is obviously ignorant of it)who has been telling people that they will be Evicted from their Homes if they dont sign this Water contract - totally Illegal! The Rights of the people have been Ignored & dismissed by a Corrupt Government who well know that the Irish people Have the right also to get their Oil Assets back from The Shell Company which were given Illegally By Corrupt & Jailed Government Ministers & the government has continuously Ignored these rights of the People of Ireland to get their Assets Back from Shell! Now we are taking this to a Higher Court in the Hague under our right to Access to Justice which we cannot get in Ireland!
