Prachanda lead Maiost has been badly suffered of internal power struggle and some other issues of working style . exactly the same problem is in Baidhya Maiost . The most biggest communist party of Nepal , CPNUML is also not far form this diseases . Its also suffered almost the same virus . Degree and quantity might have quiet different but the nature is almost same . If we look a historical perspective of Nepali communist parties then we could get a strange picture of it. In every organisation and parties power struggle is seemed equally but in communist parties that power struggle mostly could lead the party toward split . When parties is broken then leaders are cleverly set the ideological dispute in facial appearance which could make their flower confusion and will hold the chance to rule them again , but in reality it is a pure power struggle . Fight of Who has to be hold the party staring and misused in favour of their own , neither their cadet nor the general public .. That is the main thing . But in face values leader are setting the things of ideological differences . Matter about either Maiost or uml what so ever its the main problem of whole Nepali communist movement . If we look at the hole some scenario of CPNUML who is approaching just beneath of its great national convention , the top guns of this party are busy to forge their interest group to get the party staring from the national convention . They are fighting very poorly and shamelessly . For Maiost no need to talk about much ..in recent days Its head commander publicly announced his acceptance of declining his party and finally collapse it near future ..this all is happening because of parties main leaders so . Leadership sincerely realised their working style , way of Thinking and the way of Behaving to other immediately .. If not them number of communist party will increase no doubt on it but strength of Nepali communist movement definitely weaken and worse too beyond its normal level .. .. Leaders should be awake up now immediately but they wont do it . They are enjoying to show their worthless smartness to other and making fun at common people . It should be stop first all parties and all leaders ..
