Prayer Of The Day Saturday, July 06, 2013 People do not put new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise the skins burst, the wine spills out, and the skins are ruined. Mt. 9:17 Lord, we live in a world that is constantly changing. The economy with changing needs, different skills, and a world economy have left many without a job that will support them and their families. A world economy with fewer jobs in some countries and a need for cheap labor in others has pushed and pulled many people to move and live in fear of deportation and sometimes other abuses. Grant me the wisdom to read the signs of the times. May I have the courage to do Your will and Teach me to be humble and meek all the times in my life. Amen.
