Prayer declaration: father, I stand in your son power and authority to confront the demonic powers that have taken my city captive and to loose it from assignment of hell. Send your warrior Michael to fight for me, and enable me to set the captives free. I will not be intimidated by the principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this age, or the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Amen.
