*******Prayers for Paul Dittberner********* Paul was feeling poorly Tuesday and thankfully his wife Kitty being an RN took him to Delnor Hospital in Geneva. He was given a stress test and they found alarming results He was admitted and this morning they attempted a Angioplasty and stint implant. During the procedure they found that of his heart’s four major arteries, two were 75% blocked, one was 90% and the fourth 100% (this one had been totally blocked for quite some time) however his body managed to make alternate blood passages to his heart. The physician said there was no or very little heart damage – that he has a good strong heart - good positive news. He has been transferred to Central Du Page Hospital in Winfield and will undergo open heart surgery tomorrow [Happy New Year]. Obviously prayers and positive thoughts will be much appreciated and are accordingly requested. Information is that he will be initially in Room 2205 at CDP. Paul appears to be in good spirits and has a positive attitude. His wife Kitty, daughter Julie and son Steve were and are with him.
